The residences at OlaBrisa are designed to combine indoor / outdoor living in a comfortable, easy to maintain space.  Each building is designed as a four-plex - 2 units on the ground floor and 2 on the upper level for increased energy efficiency and to allow for the best use of the land.

Each residence incorporates many features of what is often called universal design – the focus of which is to enable continued easy use of the spaces as we age.  Thus, all of the units are designed to be single level.

All ground floor homes include a private back patio as well as a casita, which can be used as a master bedroom, home office, guest room, or studio.

The upper floor homes all have 2 bedrooms, and most have views of the Pacific.  The second bedroom has a separate private entrance, as well as an attached bath, thus enabling the use of these bedrooms as stand alone rental rooms for friends, relatives, and/or workshop participants.

All the homes are designed to take advantage of natural heating and cooling, and to minimize energy usage while enhancing comfort and livability. 

OlaBrisa  residences are available in three configurations – the “B” unit pictured above, which have either 2 or 3 bedrooms,  and an “A” and “C” unit which have 2 bedrooms.  .
